Terrible is the only way to start this review. I knew it was an older hotel and expected way more than I should have. The parking is horrible everyone and everything needs to be unloaded before you can park. The parking spaces are the smallest I've ever seen. Even after unloading the car and parked I had to squeeze out of the driver's seat. It gets worse the only way out of the lot is to reverse up to a couple hundred feet with every alarm going off because your a foot from other vehicals on one side and a foot on the other side from a concrete wall. When we arrived the room was clean and cold. By midnight the room was hot, well over 80 degrees. They sent maintenance and they fixed nothing so we were blazing hot the rest of our stay. The first day there the weird extra lock on the door locked us out of our room while at the beach. Maintenence couldn't fix it so the solution was to break it off and not replace it. I had to stack our luggage and cooler against the door for security. The food and service and Jimmy B's was terrible. The very loud drunks passing our room half of the night made it impossible to sleep all night. The only thing I can say that good about the place is it was

I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights and I gotta say it was a pretty amazing stay The rooms were so nice and cold the air-conditioning was amazing inside all the rooms beds were actually so comfy I had the best sleep very great fridges. Keep your drinks literally freezing cold water pressure was bomb so good totally love but I gotta say The location not the best of course not the beach but where you can eat most restaurants close at one which is hard to find food but there are some other amazing delicious seafood places right by and you don’t even need an Uber but I gotta say the beaches are the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen white sand they give you free two chairs in an umbrella pools beautiful the property was absolutely stunning gorgeous I loved it so much overall totally go here. Housekeeping’s amazing everything’s amazing.

There is better for the same price in PCB. The location is great! The beach is beautiful and easily accessible. The rooms were not clean though. My daughter’s feet were pitch black 5 minutes of running around the room. Beds aren’t comfortable and dishes were dirty. There was only one working elevator. Parking was a nightmare. We booked one night and paid the deposit. We then decided to book one more night because of the weather and they charged us a second deposit. Weird but we weren’t bothered until the lady at the front desk told us since we used our chime card we wouldn’t get either of our deposit’s back for a month. Then put up a sign that wasn’t there before saying the same thing. When my husband tried to ask why she told us “if you don’t like it then leave.” So yeah we won’t be staying here again and will be going back to the sandpiper as they have never done us wrong.
